This group covers the non-Asian restaurants, cafes, bars and food businesses that also appear in a mixed-cuisine food scene, including American diners, pizza, Mexican food, burgers, steakhouses and bakeries. Standard US restaurant norms apply: lunch and dinner service with a quieter stretch between, cards and tap-to-pay accepted almost everywhere, and a tip of 15-20% customary for table service. Fast food and quick-service counters expect payment up front and tipping is optional. Bars check ID for anyone who looks under 30, and the drinking age is 21 nationwide. Many restaurants in this group take reservations online through third-party platforms, while casual and fast-food spots are walk-in only. Sales tax is added at the register on top of the menu price and varies by city and state, so the final total is usually a few percent higher than the posted prices suggest.

I am not a person who ever leaves negative reviews, but I’ve had so many bad experiences with this Panera that it felt necessary. I’m not sure if it recently changed management because I’ve been going to this Panera for 10+ years, and never had any issues until about a year ago. The staff are very nice, but the service is painfully slow. The hours on the door are also incorrect. The biggest issue, though, is that every single time I go to this Panera, regardless of time of day, they’re completely out of bread. This issue has been going on for months at this point. Considering that bread is one of the main ingredients in the vast majority of their menu, I don’t understand how it’s possible that they run out of it before noon regularly. It’s gotten to the point where I expect an issue every time I eat here.

I ordered a whole Fugi salad to be delivered along with a loaf of Sourdough and kids mac and cheese. There was barely any salad in the bowl for over 16 dollars! The mac and cheese cost $9.59 and tasted horrible. Yes, you may say I am an idiot yet I am working so much OT I cannot think straight so please do not judge me. Go to the grocery store and pick up some Annie's. I wanted to try their Sourdough bread at $12.99 a loaf! Guess what? Not delivered. Go to Traditions in Martinsburg PA for Real food and great Sourdough bread. I threw everything in the garbage. To be honest, I contacted the delivery company and received a small discount for the salad only. Lesson learned. Thanks for listening.

Food item was missing. I went to report it to staff, and the employee walked past me 3 separate times without acknowledging that I was standing at the counter unattended. I finally got a supervisor after another employee was able to come over after completing the drink orders they were working on. The supervisor was nice, apologetic, and fixed the missing food promptly. I dont know what came of the employee, but that left a sour taste for me that they have staff who blatantly ignore customers.

I went there a couple times to try something different, and I am really glad that I did. They have great selections and wonderful food! Plus if you work anywhere in the Logan Towne Center, it's really great and within walking distance, and it's THE spot to go!! Whether you work close or not, or whether you just wanna have fun with dinner or lunch or whatnot, stop at Panera!!

We go there often to work and have lunch and it is most of the time very good. Not so consistent, but when it is good, it is very good. We usually get the green goddess salad and the teriyaki chicken warm bowl. The salad is always good, and the bowl is either great, or not so good.
